Removing the original dining room and kitchen dividing wall created a huge and useable space for this kitchen installation.
Removing internal walls can have a serious impact on the structural integrity of any building, so we appointed an experienced structural engineer for this stage of the project, who specified the necessary beam size required to support the walls of the storey above.
As an aside, upon removing the kitchen we discovered an issue with damp penetration which was solved by using products supplied by Safeguard Europe.
